Meet Norbertus Robben, MD

Mind Your Skin in Havertown and South Philadelphia

Norbertus C. Robben, MD, specializes in nonsurgical aesthetic medicine, serving the Havertown and greater Philadelphia areas.

Dr. Norbertus Robben

Dr Robben grew up in Holland, where he attended medical school at the University of Utrecht. He then moved to the United States in 1988 for a residency in internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center. Once he completed this residency and after years of practicing emergency and hospital-based medicine , Dr. Robben sought new training in the burgeoning field of aesthetic medicine with renowned luminaries in the industry.

He now keeps up to date by joining cutting-edge training programs such as Palette. This builds on a background in mechanical engineering, his strong foundation of medical experience, his prior management and co-ownership of a dermatology practice, and the fact that he was board certified in internal medicine for 20 years earlier.

As a result he measures among the region’s best and most skilled providers. The industry recognizes him with  Platinum status at Allergan (Botox®, Juvéderm® Ultra, UltraPlus, Volbella®, Vollure, Voluma®, Kybella®, and Latisse®), Partner with Galderma, (Dysport®, the Restylane® family of fillers), and Silver with Merz (Xeomin®, Radiesse®, and Belotero®). Because of this and their own experience, patients regularly cite his solid aesthetic sensibility and eye for detail, along with his professional tone, as they refer others to his practice for care.

Dr. Robben is currently a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

OUR MISSION

Above all, we aim to help his patients look and feel their natural best at any age by safely applying cutting-edge technologies, techniques, art, and skill. Dr. Robben and his staff are knowledgeable, dedicated, and personable.

Beyond his respected practice, Dr. Robben enjoys working with his hands: woodworking, gardening, and playing the harpsichord. For six years, he was the primary organist at Pastoor van Ars Church in Tilburg, Netherlands. He also carries his hobbies over into his practice, as visitors will see his own photographic work of landscapes, flora, architecture, and more back-lighted on former X-ray lightboxes built into the walls of his Havertown clinic.
